1.6 No-code Website: The Company assists in building websites using popular no-code platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and Squarespace, helping clients establish their online presence easily.

1.7 Private Hosting: The Company has partnered with ipfy to provide private hosting services, ensuring secure and reliable hosting for clients’ websites.

1.8 Rebranding Services: The Company offers rebranding services to clients looking to refresh or revamp their existing brand identity, strategy, or design assets.

General Terms and Conditions

2.1 Ownership and Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the designs, concepts, and materials produced by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company, unless explicitly transferred to the client under a separate agreement.

2.2 Client’s Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the project, promptly responding to the Company’s queries, and obtaining necessary permissions and licenses for the use of any third-party content.

2.3 Confidentiality: The Company will treat all client information and project details as confidential unless agreed otherwise. The client agrees not to disclose any confidential information about the Company’s services, processes, or projects without prior written consent.

2.4 Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay the Company for the services rendered based on the agreed-upon rates and payment schedule. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, milestone payments, and late payment penalties, will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

2.5 Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

2.6 Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

2.7 Termination: Either party may terminate the services provided under this Agreement upon written notice to the other party. Termination shall not relieve the client of their obligation to pay for services rendered before the termination date.

2.8 Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

2.9 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
