The Situation
Mallikarjun came with something real — a millet health mix recipe passed down and perfected over time, now ready to be a product. The challenge wasn't the formula. It was everything around it: a name, a face, a reason for a stranger to pick it off a shelf over every other health mix competing for the same attention.
The Truth We Uncovered
The health food category is cluttered with brands that shout wellness but feel clinical or over-designed. What Aiisiri had was authenticity — a real recipe, a real person behind it, a genuine belief in millet as everyday nourishment. The brand needed to carry that honesty without shrinking into the 'homemade' category. It had to feel confident enough for retail without losing the warmth that made it real.

What We Built
A brand rooted in the word Aiisiri — a Kannada word meaning abundance and prosperity. The identity draws from that meaning: warm, grounded, and quietly confident. Packaging designed to hold its own at retail — clear hierarchy, appetising colour palette, and a system that can extend to new SKUs without a redesign. Every element was built to make the product feel as good as it is.

Aiisiri launched with a brand system that gave the product the shelf presence it deserved. The packaging communicates trust and quality at first glance — exactly what a new brand in a crowded category needs to earn its first sale.
